SOG Belt Clip Warranty Issue

I was recommended to this site to see about an issue that I have had with a SOG Knife.

I have carried my auto-tac auto in my pocket both on duty and off duty as a police officer for over 5 years now, and have owned several SOG knives including the Blink (on my work boot), Meridian (spring wore out/snapped after 6+ years of daily use) and Seal Pup (my go to Jeep/offroad/camping knife) and have never had any issues with any of them.

While on duty one day, climbing into my unit, my belt clip got caught on the steering wheel, and broke off of my auto-tac auto. I knew SOG had a great lifetime clip replacement setup on the website, so on 01/11/2013 I completed the form and began to wait. Almost a month goes by, and I had not received a replacement clip, nor had I received any type of contact from anyone at SOG. At the recommendation of a member of a local gun forum, I emailed the customer service 02/10/2013 explaining the situation. To this day I have not heard back form anyone at the company, nor have I been able to carry my favorite knife.
Has anyone else had this type of issue?
 
I have only had one warranty claim with them regarding a sheath for my Recon Bowie. I was taken care of promptly and mailed out a new sheath next day no questions asked. I would recommend you call them if possible and when you email them again include a link to the discussion you started here so they know you are having some difficulties. Include a picture in your email or thread here so they can see what your problem is.
