Hi all,
I've got a nice little gyuto up for sale tonight. It's 52100 steel heat treated by Peter's to RC61 and handled in stabilized Karelian Birch and Black Ash Burl bolsters. The liners are natural micarta and white G10. The pins are white carbon fiber and the central one is mosaic. The grind is full flat with the lower section convex down to near zero edge before sharpening. The finish is 600 grit hand sanded.

OAL: 11.25"
Blade: 6.5" long, 1.75" heel height. Full flat grind with lower convex, 600 grit hand sanded finish. Edge down to near zero before sharpening.
Steel: 0.1" 52100 heat treated by Peter's to RC61
Handle: Stabilized Karelian Birch and stabilized Black Ash Burl bolsters. Natural micarta and white G10 liners. White carbon fiber and mosaic pins.
