    I'm offering this AEB-L K tip Wa gyuto for sale. The blade is 7" long that is full flat grind with convex edge down to near zero. The steel was heat treated by Peter's to RC62. The handle is absolutely beautiful Australian Red Gum Burl that has some amazing figure to it. The ferrule is African Blackwood and the the spacers are bronze and black G10.

    Specs:
    OAL: 340mm (13.5")
    Blade: 180mm (7") long, 45mm (1.75") heel height, full flat grind with convex edge down to near zero. Hand finished to 800 grit. Spine and choil rounded for comfort.
    Steel: 0.10" AEB-L heat treated by Peter's to RC62
    Handle: Australian Red Gum Burl, African Blackwood ferrule, spacers are bronze and G10.
