Hello all,
I've got a very unique knife up for sale today. I've never done this handle combination before and I'm really excited about it. It's K&G stabilized Macadamia Nut and K&G stabilized spalted Maple bolsters. The Macadamia nut reminds me of Australian Silky Oak. The AEB-L steel was heat treated to RC62 including LN cryo.

SPECS:
OAL: 305mm (12")
BLADE: 180mm (7") long, 48mm (1.9") heel height. It has been hand finished to 600grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 2.5mm (0.098") AEB-L stainless steel heat treated to RC62 including LN cryo.
HANDLE: K&G Stabilized Macadamia Nut and K&G stabilized Maple burl bolsters with black and white liners.
