Up for sale today are a pair of pocket-friendly stainless steel frame locks. Both are lightweight and easy to carry.
CRKT Eros Compact
This is the model K451XXP edition designed by Ken Onion. It is very smooth opening thanks to the IKBS ball bearing pivot. Opens via a flipper tab. The blade is 2” AUS 8, with a satin finish, and slicy at 0.09” thick. The stainless steel handles are 420j2 steel. This frame lock is only 1.5oz, 2.94” closed, and 4.96” overall. Comes with original box (which I will lay flat in mailer) and instruction manual.
Gerber Mini Paraframe
This is the ‘mini’ version of the larger Paraframe. It has an overall length of 5.25”. The clip point blade is 2.22”, of high carbon stainless. I think most agree it is a 400 series stainless, but don’t know for sure. It locks securely thanks the frame lock. It is quite light at only 1.4 oz. it is a very nice knife for when you want something light and non threatening. The pocket clip is very secure.
