Big ol hunk of well loved carbon steel that's seen a year or so's use in a restaurant. This is the mahogany handled version. I've taken a lot of metal off and it slices quite well now I think, no wedging. Spine and choil area have been relieved. Great knife, got out of the restaurant industry, doesn't see much use anymore. No box. Asking $80 shipped.
