Some New Boker Plus Knives For 2014.

I dig the Stingray and I've been lusting after the Griploc since I first heard of it, but I think the Urban Trapper might be the most intriguing blade in that lineup. Nearly a 3.5 inch blade, bearing pivot, ti-frame lock, VG-10 steel, flipper and under 2oz. Boker Plus had my curiosity, now they have my attention.

Edit: The price looks like it will be pretty fair, too. The Urban Trapper has definitely found a place on my short list. Now just have to wait for May.

The Burch Impetus is looking nice in my eye's. I am beginning to love these smaller folder's that are built like a tank, and the Impetus fits the bill. Thick, 4.4mm, blade, flipper, and IKBS bearings, and a solid build at 7.4 ounces?? what's not to like. But at the moment, that is the only thing I am seeing that I like. Now there are several already released BP's that I've yet to pick up but plan on it.

I'm looking forward to the Böker Haddock Anniversary with the looks and the goods. Limited edition of just 145 produced.

The Uocloes is truly a great looking Persian! Just judging from the photos I would rate it along with the Emerson Persian and the Benchmade Bedlam as the best looking production Persian available.

Looking froward to another Anniversary edition: Boker Pry Mini Anniversary. This is a stout fixed blade of 2.5 inches and 0.2 inches thick. Nice Grenadill wood scales. Limited to just 145 pieces worldwide! Available April 2014.

That Urban trapper is sweet! My only beefs with it are the size (little long for my taste, prefer 3" or under), and I'm not a fan of deep carry clips at all. Still, I'm definitely picking one up. With a knife this slender, the extra length might be ok, and perhaps I can find a high-ride clip that will fit.

I'm slightly worried about closing that knife when my finger is in one of the holes on the scale, maybe one of those rare times I close it with my left-hand.

All the new Exskelibur models look great, I looking forward to getting them in hand.

I would love one of the small Exskelibur knives if it still had the flipper tang extension of the larger model.

I wish that they would do a premium version of the Exskelibur with N690 blade steel.

Yes, I picked up two of them, the standard G10 and bog oak versions.

I would have gotten more, but the steel doesn't do it for me on these.

Funny, but I have several other Boker Plus models with their 440C and it works well in those.

Some real cool looking designs. I wish more of them had an ambidextrous pocket clip.
