It's rare that I get sick but some flu bug has hit me and I feel like death !

Anyway my dogs still need walking so I dragged my sorry ass outta the house and headed for my nearby park.

do the gatoraid & jello diet for a coupal days. i always kept working since true flu makes you hurt in bed or out of bed. no relief from muscle cramps so i just stumbled along till it passed. your pics are fantastic for a sick guy, those rocks loook dangerous. good luck buddy.--dennis

The flu, while annoying and tiring, you will recover from. If you're not careful, it can turn into something less ... recoverable.

Ugh - sorry to hear your sick, Pit. I got a stomach bug two weeks ago. Lost 7lbs in a day and a half. I felt dehydrated for a few days after. I feel your pain buddy.
