My Cocaire Slicer is a great knife in the kitchen. The blade is AEB-L heat treated and cryo treated in my shop to 61 Rc. It has a full flat grind with machine finish. The handle is Box Elder dyed purple. It features stainless Corby bolts holding everything together.
