That is a fantastic dogleg! I can't make out the tang stamp, what brand is it?
Thank you! It’s an Ulster. It’s etched “warranted” on the blade but not well captured on the photo.

Fine Ulster Al. Just beautiful.Ulster
Fantastic specimens Will. I will never fall out of love with barlows. They are heavenly. Not so very long ago, the Barlow seemed to be the fashionable choice on this Forum I think it's been de-throned...but it's still ranks high amongst knives carried. I have no evidence but I've always thought that the Spear is the original Barlow blade. It goes well with Clip & Sheepfoot but for me, it's made in Spearland
Here's a good example in carbon/sawn bone
Here''s one-its is Spear.. That I was tremendously lucky to win in a legendary GAW from @Campbellclanman some years back, ace Duncan, ace!
Simply stunning Shap Dylan. Great find.I love spear blades, I think nothing looks classier than a spear main with a long pull, all dressed in black.
Hence why the aged beauty below caught my eye rather quickly yesterday.
Oh my how gorgeous is that!!!Case Bose Coffin Jack Damascus Spear
Thanks Dwight!Oh my how gorgeous is that!!!
I took that pic of the Case canoe about the time there was a thread discussing how some people were bothered by pics in which knives were shown with an open blade but the shield upside down.

I rotated my photo 180 degrees in an effort to offend as few folks as possible.
