and sheath are in mint unused condition. it is the version with patient on one side and sabertooth on other side. Someone told me it was pre 1985 not sure about that. Can anyone tell me what is the value Might be Thx

Well, you can’t ask values without gold membership or above, but I do have a good buddy who will know a thing or two about your knife…

Hey Sudz…
my name is Randy, they call me Sixx, nice to meet you!
You should just go to the Sabertooth website & email Mr Jefferson Spivey!!
He’s a great guy, interesting too!!
I’ve bought quite a few, gave em to my close “brothers”…

I talk with him now & then…
He said he knew a couple of collectors…
But I’m sure he would be able to tell you about your knife…

He’s a good author as well…
His book Wind Drinker is an awesome retelling of his trip across the USA on horseback!

Sorry, I don’t remember offhand about the various knives…

Good luck!!

Jefferson Spivey died on 26 July 2022. Not sure if anyone is maintaining his web site. With a wooden handle I believe it is an older model. John

Hard to know the rules at the start!
Antdog was just trying to help…
Sorry I was no help…

Also, would you be interested in selling your Sabertooth knife?
Thanks, & have a good one…

His story is an inspiration to outdoorsman. Tough dude. Love his knives and always looking.
