Sorry for folks who are interested in these knives. Not much effect on me as I did not and do not plan to own any of them. Hope Spyderco will use the saved resources to produce more variants of Military, PM2, Manix 2, Delica, Endura, and a couple more high-end ($350+) folders in 2019.

Between December and first quarter of next year iirc. Subject to change of course. There is no exact date Givin but iirc this is what they told some folks at the G5 show.

I'm sorry to see the D'allara getting dropped. Sal mentioned a while back on the Spydie forum that he was planning to do sculpted G-10 scales on the next version. That's the one I was waiting for. Just grabbed a current one before they're gone. Will have to see how I like the display of the ceramic ball.
