They are transitioning to S45VN, not S35VN. My guess is because it has better edge retention and corrosion resistance. I’d like to see a lot more in SPY27 though too. It seems like a very good steel, and it makes sense since it is Spyderco’s proprietary steel. Perhaps the S45VN will be for the PM2 and many other models will go to SPY27?

Yep same, it was in stock for about 90 seconds. Edit: Sat and f5d a few times and it came back up, managed to get an order in. Hopefully they didn't oversell. Edit 2: it's back probably not for long.
They appear to be releasing them in small batches, selling out and releasing another small batch a few min later, and I believe many folks are doing the F5 shuffle in anticipation of it, because each time I get the email and go straight to the page it's already sold out again. Oh well, that's how the Spyderco Lottery goes these days
These are sharp looking and will be expensive! The base model is already quite high but an M4 tanto will be a sweet user.
They're up on BHQ site now listed as coming soon, price is $186.95 for the satin and $199.95 for the DLC.
That's not bad at all. I assumed they'd be over $200. I've been wanting a black DLC M4 Spyderco for EDC for years.
Lil' Native CTS-204P FDE PVD Blade OD Green G-10 C230GPODFDE River's Edge Cutlery (USA) was in stock at dealer and more will be available in the future.
I really need to get one of the K390 models, I have an Urban in it but that’s not really getting the “experience”, especially after reading Larrin’s article on it (and Vanadis 8) where he more or less says that it’s superior to 10V.
That REC Native is awesome. The law where I am limits me to 2.5” and under so the Lil native has become my favorite in my rotation. Part of the reason I love Spyderco - they have a several models between 2”-2.5”
Now THAT one speaks to me! (those ones). This is the first dlc ever that I'm also interested in. Homerun!
Coming Soon: ParaMilitary2 CPM-M4 Tanto Black DLC Blade Natural G-10 C81GM4PTBK2 BladeHQ (USA) ParaMilitary2 CPM-M4 Tanto Satin Blade Natural G-10 C81GM4PT2 BladeHQ (USA)
Figure I might have to get in on this too. It's the swedge. Look at it. Though an Emerson Wave feature on top of the tanto grind would be even better, verging on best of breed, if you ask me. M4 and jade on top of that? That's the stuff of legends.
