An Old Groover, 73 liner lock from 2008 one of my first GECs and used a lot.
Very nice S&MSTAG...durable, functional, and beautiful, usually reserved the most expensive knives intended to be pampered, collected, and treasured. Here are two examples of beautiful stag, one that fits the criteria outlined above and the other the exact opposite. It's purely utilitarian in design and function but, surprisingly, dressed in a pretty nice piece of stag.

It's a hoof knife used for trimming the feet of livestock such as horses and cattle. I've been unable to find any references to the maker, KOPF MFG CO. I was hoping someone might recognize the mark. T-AThe other one is obviously a specialty tool. What is the purpose?
I googled "Kopf Mfg" and found this 1934 Turf Goods catalogue #19.It's a hoof knife used for trimming the feet of livestock such as horses and cattle. I've been unable to find any references to the maker, KOPF MFG CO. I was hoping someone might recognize the mark. T-A
Thanks for the info. That gives me somewhat of a date range. T-AI googled "Kopf Mfg" and found this 1934 Turf Goods catalogue #19.
