I would love to try one out if possible. Don’t know if that sign up was ever started. Thank you.

I have enough steel for 12.
Things have moved a bit slow over the summer and with the massive amount of interest I am getting for Competition Choppers.
I hope to start sawing blades out next week.
When I have the blades sawn out and profiled I will do a formal sign up here before I open it up to my social media.
Thanks so much for you guys interest in these.
I am also excited to get things rolling.

Twelve isn't enough to justify a water jet run?

It is, but I do not have a CAD file of the profile yet.
It is the next pattern that I want to get "drawn" so I can waterjet blades.

Oh, I forgot about needing to tweak the drawing every time you adjust the blade.

I have a hard pattern made so that I can bring better consistency to them.
This will be the pattern that I get the CAD file made to represent.
I am a bit excited about these as well, I am hoping there is one left over that I can snag.

I have them all sawn out now and a couple are profiled.
Hopefully, I can finish profiling tomorrow and start drilling some holes.
