So let's face it...lightsabers aren't going to be in everyone's pocket any time soon, but there are plenty of knife wielding characters in the Star Wars universe, such as Boba Fett's survival boot knife and Rey's hawkbill she uses to free BB8.

What knives available on the market today would be suitable for or remind you of a Star Wars character? Which knife? Which character?

There's something very 'standard issue' about the Ontario RAT folders and they look pretty damn cool. Can't put my finger on which Star Wars characters they remind me of... ;)

I don't know how bladeforums feels about Jim Skelton, but his youtube channel featured a pair. A bubba fett and a dark side saber. They were kind of hokey, but so is Jim.

Speaking of Jim and his channel I would just love to know what a some of these guys do for a living to fund this hobby.

That's pretty awesome. Makes me want to buy a white RAT 1 to compliment my black one, my orange one, my other black one...

And I'd say that some of CKF's knives look like they fit in the Star Wars universe. The Sablya one definitely fits, can picture it in the pocket of some successful smuggler.

Im a fanboy, what can I say....this one's all mine:-)

Good luck, since the light-sabre corporation went to MAP pricing everyone pays the same high price ;)

I bought the ZT 452cf because it reminded me of a lightsaber. The long 4.1" blade and elegant clean lines paired with the industrial yet somewhat zen-like 5 spoke pivot kind of made me think of something very regal yet capable and deadly in the right hands.

That is so great! I just added it to my wish list to email me when it's back in stock... Really hoping for a good sale price though.

Make sure to read the rating letters and watch the video...good stuff!

I think my most futuristic looking knives are my CRKT Nirk Tighe and Deviation. The combo of angles and design, plus the use of both metallic blue and polished silver make both something a can see just about any character from the movies using. Actually, even the CRKT Sampa has a similar sci-fi feel to it, though the mechanical lines make it look more like something out of "Alien".
