Yes, 154 CM is the correct designation, the others are just incorrect variations. CPM-154 CM is different, only because they used the CPM process to make it, otherwise it's the same steel.
 
The problem here is that they are often written as 154CM and CPM154, that is obviously going to cause confusion. Wilson has compared the two steels in his customs and reported in the Review forum. In short, he found he could cut about 35% more rope with the CPM 154CM at 62 HRC versus 61 for 154CM.
