Oop, I almost had to give it away free :) Thanks for telling me.
 
I would not consider this very large. The average Japanese gyuto is 240mm so you are right in the sweet spot.
 
Well done. Great looking "rustic" gyuto with obviously excellent F & F. However, sad to say, but your days as a professional hand model might be over. (-:
 
I usually try wash the dishes before I photograph but I guess I missed it this time, Steve.
