I was watching the Punisher the other night and i noticed that they had some high end knives on the shoot. In the family massacre scene one of the baddies have a spyderco civilian, and in the last shoot out the hero pulls out a folding emerson karambit. Have y'all seen any knives in movies that make you go "damn, thats a good knife!"?

The last scene in the Val Kilmer movie "Spartan" has the classic Severtech spartan on display.

I watched this the other day too, loved the karambit!! Also watched the expendables, gotta love that DDR tanto Jason Statham carries

not a movie but in the tv show supernatural one of the main characters whipped out a kershaw spec bump and i knew the knife but it made me want one for a bit, also the pacific was some pretty good ka-bar porn,

The movie: "Big Trouble in Little China"...original Gerber Tac II...I wish I still had the one I had a few years back.

There is also "Stange Days" which shows multiple Spyderco folders. A Harpy, a Rescue, an Endura and Police model all make an appearance.

can japanese manga / comics included? there's this manga titled Yugo - The Negotiator in which a Spyderco Police makes an appearance (just in one panel, used for breaking door lock). It was... an awesome moment, seeing that at least for me.

Anybody remember the knife that Cruise dropped while he was suspended above the computer in the Mission Impossible movie? I think it was a Microtech.

I was pleasantly surprised when William Dafoe pulled out a Spyderco Delica in "The Hunter". It's a nice change to see the good guy using a knife, and seeing a knife used as a TOOL instead of a weapon. He uses it to cut some branches to make traps, and later on, it plays a VERY important role.

In the sci-fi movie "Prometheus," the character Fifield uses a folder to try to cut an alien serpent off a fellow crew member's arm. I couldn't tell what it was; anyone?

That was a prop knife, with no true counterpart.

I'm not 100% positive but I'm pretty are I saw I full serrated spyderco police in the movie avengers. The newest one with uma Thurman in it. The bad guy near the end that fights uma Thurman on the cables looks like it only caught some glimpses of it.

Uma Thruman in Avengers? Or you meant Scarlett Johansson? If so the guy she was fighting had a Busse dager

Some of my favorites are the rambo knives, and also the knives used in commando:thumbup:

My favorite movie Reindeer Games has a Microtech Halo in it. Its Messily thrown in a tackle box which i think is weird.

One of my favorite movies Training Day, Denzel pulls out a Spyderco SS Police a time or two.

In 'The Unit' they used to have some Benchmade folders, in the last season they switched to CRKT. And some fixed blades that I never manage to identify.
