Survival rig

Does anyone have a picture of an early survival sheath systems shoulder rig? The one I am interested in was on SSS.com when I first discovered it years ago. It was a shoulder rig that had a Small WSI survival kit attached somehow. I know WSI is out of business now, I am primarily interested in how the kit was attached and how it rode on the body if anyone has that information.
