I love trench knives. They are one of my favorite families of knife designs. I love the purity of purpose that they represent. I think that their total lack of utility for anything other than fighting makes them beautiful.
And yet I don't own any, because I have no practical use for them. Maybe I should change that. After all, I don't have any practical use for any of my swords or daggers either.
I finished the first part of my sixth book: "On the road to Apocalypse. Knives of the total wars era". From Australia to Russia according to the Russian alphabet. Only on russian.
I can still see all the pics fine. BTW beautiful trench knife! I will find a decent priced one eventually, they are all over $1000 that I've seen locally.
