It is an entity. It is a noun. It is a place, and a thing.

We have the same non'sense going on here in the U.S.

The military has been conducting "urban warfare training" all over the U.S. It's a bit unnerving. Especially now that the military has the authority to engage citizens. Something they never had in 200 years as a nation.
