Just got this one in. A Remington Bullet Camp Knife. I knew the measurements when I ordered it, but actually having it in my hand is a different story. This is one of the largest campers I have ever seen. At 4 3/4" closed this thing could handle some business. Now I have to find a sheath. I kind of view this as an odd knife being that I don't see a sheepfoot on a camp knife too often. Overall this is a cool piece of steel.

Wow that is a monster of a knife. Very cool , should be able to handle just about anything. Is that a Camillus made knife?

I don't know if Camillus manufactured knives for Remington. Couldn't find anything in the paperwork that states so. This one is a 1994 with the typical circle Remington stamp that says UMC in the middle.

I want one. In fact, that would be perfect for me for a primary knife carry blade, whilst still having some class that my big SAK forsakes. Does anybody know who makes a big camper, with a second blade instead of the can opener, preferably a sheepsfoot?

Camillus made at least some knives for Remington. Mora, that Camillus camp knife I bought from you is the [Camillus] C-4, a similar Remington equivalent would the R-4.

I bought a Remington Bullet Stockman from Mike Latham (Collector Knives) and it was made by Camillus. (Paperwork in the box says 0170-6 steel.) I've had my eye on one of these large camp knives for a while; I didn't know until a couple weeks ago there were any as large as Mora's new one here.

I have a document saved that has a lot of info on Scout & camp knives; I'll see about posting (or PM'ing to you) some info later tonight.

The knife I bought from Mora is the Camillus C-4 (serrated sheepfoot instead of a can opener); they show up occasionally. I'd keep checking the FSBI forum; they occasionally show up there.
