The TTKK was designed in collaboration with Joe Talmadge and is a utility knife with lots of uses in the kitchen. I purchased this knife in the 80's. 1/8" blade thickness and 1 1/2" blade depth. Notched thumbrest. Full tang construction. The handle contours give the knife a great feel in the hand. Produced by Trace Rinaldi out of ATS34. The edge is very thick however. If some could thin the edge, I think they would have a very good cutter. This knife is listed on Arizona Custom Knives but it seems to be a more advanced version since I do not think
