Tanto?

I am not a fan of the American pattern tanto, but will be interested in seeing pictures of the new knife.
 
I love tantos, although they can be done badly. They get a bad rap thanks to corny people, but it will always be my favorite shape. Maybe I'm the cornball...

Side note: kwaiken, reverse tantos, and knives called "tanto" that do not have even a hint of chisel tip just don't do it for me. I know that traditional tantos are nothing like American stylee, but I feel like they've got to look at least a little like the end of a katana to count.
 
I have a Benchmade 940 reverse tanto folder and like it, I'm undecided about a tanto fixed blade but would like to see you make one John
 
Yeah, I wonder about tanto blades, I still am curious about one sided grinds too, what I’ve seen on some tanto blades.
 
Santos are great because they are all flat.
