Team Gemini Variants

I'm looking for my second Busse and finding out I have much to learn. Is there a resource that has all models, variants and possibly production numbers? I have fallen in love with the TG Crusader but it seems there were only 50 made. Have I picked an impossible to obtain Grail? It seems there is a variant called the a Desert Crusader with the same profile but a camo coating vs. double cut. Were there more of these made making it easier to obtain? Would I be better of trying to get one of these and stripping to get the look I want? Thanks for the input!

Your best luck in finding one is to watch the exchange here. I don't think they release numbers on how many regular TGLB's were made but it was up for a couple of years so lots. One of my favorite all time knives. Also watch for "Ganza" notifications on here especially after a big show like blade or knob creek there will usually be a sale of some left overs or rare versions. You could put a WTB in the exchange under the want to buy area too.

there was atleast 51 made, they just had one for sale in camo finish with tan micarta at the blade show. I think roenman knabbed it and had it up for sale in the exchange link: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1332587-New-from-Knob-Creek

so if you can't get one out of the EE you might be able to snag one eventually at a show or ganzaa

Armoralleather. He has a forum here on BF too, under Hosted Knifemaker's Forums.
Great craftsman and artist. I told him to have a blast with the design, and he came up with something that really complimented the knife itself.

Here's mine I hand polished, to my knowledge all crusaders are double cut except mine.

Mine started life as the desert crusader and then was stripped to reveal the double cut beneath. I despise double cut so it had to go....
