Tempering 14C28N

So I have searched around quite a bit on the heat treatment of 14C28N. I’ve discovered that for hardening, you should oil quench at about 1050C, is this right?
With regards to tempering, I have struggled quite a lot on finding the correct temperature to temper and for the correct amount of time. Could anyone please help?

I make a lot of 14C28N. I quench in aluminium plates and then cryo in LN2.
