And now it's time for the question.
Regardless of length or price.
Which of the 2 knives would be the most durable?
Which of the 2 knives would be easier to sharpen?
And the last question.
Which of the 2 knives would be the most sharp?

Well Cold Steel has better quality than the other brand. The price on that website seems excessive.
5 to 8 years ago I bought a Tento style Butterfly Knife and it lasted less than a year I admit I may have been just a bit had on this baby

It boils down to "Do you want stainless steel or carbon steel
If you want stainless steel, get the 4116.
It is a descent steel. I think it is in the 440A class.

The 1065 is a "mid level" carbon steel. That "Surgical" is nothing but marketing hype. 1065 has less carbon than 1095, but more than 1055 which is used in machetes.
If memory serves, Cold Steel machetes use 1055. I believe 1055 and 1065 is also used for axe and hatchet heads, so it is plenty "tough".

The 1065 can rust, so it needs a little more care/maintenance than stainless steel if you want to keep it shiny, or you can let it take on a patina. (or force a patina with vinegar)

I have a couple Cold Steel 4116 knives. I can't say anything bad about the blade steel.

First:
"Surgical Steel" has no specific meaning except that it means the steel is stainless.
But 1065 is not stainless. So even their description makes no sense.

Define "Durable".
1065 is tougher, but it rusts if left in the night dew.
4116 is less tough, but it won't rust unless you leave outside for a month and it rains a lot.

1065 is possibly easier to sharpen. But not by much.

Both will get equally sharp.

I would get the one with the description that makes sense.

As people alerady said - get the Cold Steel GI Tanto.

That knife is cheap, performs well and is extremley durable.
