I forgot to post my ano’d starbenza, I think its on pg 1 of this thread.

I must ask, how did you manage to polish the LBS disk on your Umnumzaan? Is it not press fitted?

Secret. Haha. Yes they are press fitted. Just press it out. Polish it, and press it back in.

Got the flytanium in a day early and unexpected. Rebronzed the hardware and it looks great. If my spyopera wasnt coming in today i would t even put this thing down.

This Sebenza will soon enough be my fiancé's, as it shares her birthday. As such, I've anodized the thumb stud and the other titanium bits to her favorite shade of teal.

Polished the swedge

Polished the edges of the scales and left the rest stonewashed. Also polished the screws to unbronze them

With people posting about selective polishing lately, I figured I'd post the opposite lol.



The liners, standoffs, and the M4 blade all have a strong forced patina. Some micarta scales, as well.

Polished spine! Used 1ooo, 1500, and 2000 grit, then polished with Mother’s mag. With the dull handles, dull micarta, and stonewash finish, this knife needed a little bling.

Got a used Norseman for a decent price because it's quite on the used side. Much of the anodizing has worn off, so I figured I'd spice it up.
Before:


I stripped and prepped the surface, then anodized it to a 74 volt purple. Then intentionally wiped Whink's Rust Remover on the areas that were particularly worn, and anodized again at 63 volts to create gold wear-like highlights.

Then sanded down the flats on the diamond pattern, and quickly fade anodized again at 74 volts to make the peaks a gradient from blue to gold to rose colored.
