Also the blade has a distal taper from 4mm (0.157'') to the beginning of the bevel 3.2mm (0.125984'') in the middle of the blade and 0.4mm (0.015748'') on the tip before sharpening

I Recommend the purchase of this knife. I purchased the first common chef and it has started a revolution of cooking in the kitchen that it resides in. Easy maker to deal with and a quality product.....now we need a common paring knife hint hint.

I am glad you like your blade man! Thank you for your kind words.

And exceptional quality of work. The paring knife I purchased from you is another perfect addition to the kitchen, thanks for your quality work. Ps. Shipping from Greece isn’t bad at all, week plus.

As a retired chef, I can say that looks like a very useful pattern, and well executed. Well done Sir!

Great looking knife.

If you don't mind me asking, how was your makers mark applied? Is that a Laser etch?

Very nice ! This would be an excellent companion for an aspiring cook. Great start !

Common, my posterior. That is a fantastic piece of work. Anyone should be proud to have that tool in their kitchen. Very well done.
