^^^ T TexMac I would love to know how that inkosi insingo fare after chopping. I have never found the CRK heat treat to be all that spectacular. Any close ups of the edge after that test??
 
Unfortunately no I didn’t take any photos of the edge. There was just a slight edge roll, hard to see but you could feel it with a finger nail. Considering the steel and the relatively thin grind I think it performed quite well, I was just glad to see no chipping.
 
Have you guys noticed that some insingo swedges on the 21 are shorter than others?
On some models it doesn't contact the grind line like most!
Is there an explanation for this?
Been trying to find something about this but can't find it anywhere.

Yes, that how my previous ones were.
I've seen more like mine i believe.
So do you think this is some qc issue?
 
I don't know, it really doesn't matter I guess. But I personally like the two lines to cross like they do on my picture.
