I can't picture how you would use this (even having seen the movie), but I still think it's awesome. Very well done :)

Thanks guys. I'm going to do a demonstration video, since I'll be adding it to my website too. As far as how it's used, it is only a movie knife, but by holding it in my hand, you would use it I believe, as you would swing to punch someone and miss them. After you sliced in that movement, you come back with it and use it to stab. But that's my guess. I haven't used it in combat .... yet :)

ah...sounds like a challenge. I would have pictured this thing as a defensive weapon...counter slicing the wrist after an opponent's strike, maybe catching a large blade in the grooves above the knuckle, maybe even a pre-emptive strike to the neck "walrus style". Would love to see this thing in demo-action

Pure awesomeness! But I have to say I think black micarta or even better carbon fiber would have fit the style better for scales. I would think it would be pretty effective using them like brass knucks and punching with them.

Much like the sound of pumping a shotgun would scare away most would be assailants I imagine if you whipped this out just the sight of it would deter most.

My first choice was black micarta, but after seeing on the internet the movie prop and the leather wrapped ones, I thought I'd go with a more fancy feel. Of course a customer can order it with micarta if they want.

Thanks,

We’ve now added this one to the website and will be releasing the demonstration video hopefully by the end of the week (will post the vid in the gallery forum). I’ll hold on to this knife for a few more days, then I’ll need to release it to orders coming in. Thanks everyone for your comments.

As well as Riddick- these were used by Bors in the Arthur movie starring Clive Owens.
At least a very close version- just a slight change in angle of the grip making the wrist straighter. Very cool knife :)

Thank you Bill. Been waiting to make these for quite some time.
