Astounding collection of ironwood. What an art gallery of masterpieces.

I too am an Ironwood fan and it's been great seeing all your beautiful knives. The grain on this 78 is the most highly figured and closely match of all my Desert Ironwood covered knives.

- absolutely. You're right...........it does that like no other wood, well, no other I can immediately think of.

Other burls are stunning in their own way, with tightly packed rosettes and the like, but none quite like Desert Ironwood.

Have collected loads of wood bits over the years, will have a rummage......
