Hi Folks

Here is my Bird and Trout design that also lends itself perfectly to the Austrian tradition of Jause - a snack of cold cuts that is normally served outside. Perfect for dicing up pieces of speck (cured ham) and pickles. Scales are delicately figured Laced Sheoak. The wood color is natural with only clear oil used.

• Blade: Bohler N690 Stainless Steel (HRC +/- 59)

• Handle material: Laced Sheoak
