Hi Folks
Here is my Bird and Trout design that also lends itself perfectly to the Austrian tradition of Jause - a snack of cold cuts that is normally served outside. Perfect for dicing up pieces of speck (cured ham) and pickles. Scales are delicately figured Laced Sheoak. The wood color is natural with only clear oil used.
SPECIFICATIONS
I hope everyone can see the images in this post. If not, let me know and check it out on mye website: JBT - Jause, Bird and Trout
I am also finishing another JBT up with Goldfield (another precious Australian wood) scales. I'll get pics of that one up as soon as it's complete and the is sheath made.
