THE "Knives on The UNIT" Thread

Some of you may be familiar with my "Knives on NCIS" thread.

Like NCIS, I have seen the odd thread here and there about a knife, but nothing comprehensive. So I will post every knife I see on the show, and hopefully we can ID most of them. If you have any ideas on knife IDs please post them!

Jonas takes out a small knife to cut and eat some fruit. Unfortunately there's never really a good shot of it.

Mack has a fixed blade on his side for his "hunting" trip.

Season 1 Episode 4 "True Believers" (10:57)

Bob is given this knife as a gift from a man at the Iranian Embassy.

One of the few shows I liked. And lots of knife content too!

I'm not sure but I think it was on the 2nd season; was about "Cool Breeze" with a Russian lady after a helo crash and flashbacks during Selection into the Unit and him trying to get in.

I believe he used a round-holed Griptilian a lot with the survival stuff.

Later on, Jonas uses a knife to make the main baddie call off his guards. (Microtech CFO, credit rattler12) Handle looks very auto-like, and the blade appears to have some sort of notch on the spine side.

Later still, Jonas uses a multi-tool to cut a prisoner free.

That auto knife is definitely a MICROTECH. At least it looks an awful lot like one.

I LOVE that show and I think it's been cancelled.

Bob Brown uses a benchmade 550 quite a lot in the second season. Also I think bechmades are used a lot in the second season. Episode 8 of season two: There are more but I like this shot:

Charles Gray uses a 551SBK to pry a bullet out of a casing.

First: I'm fairly sure that's a Bencmade 3000 - the first Auto that Pardue designed for BM

Good eye! You sure know your autos. That 3000 is so rare I had trouble finding any info/pics to confirm.

The second was indeed the CFO.

A baddie pulls out this auto and tries to stab Brown with it.

LOTS of knife content in Episode 11!

They start off with the UNIT learning/practicing defending themselves from a knife attack:

Jonas uses this gentleman's auto (I've definitely never said that before!) to cut some newspaper, and later uses it to stab a baddie after he runs out of ammo.

Most likely the above knife is a "Hubertus" sidelock that's made in Germany. This is obviously a stag-handled model.
