Thank you Mike. Much obliged.Very impressive Dwight!

Thanks Buzz. You have a buffet of beautiful bone.Winner, winner, chicken dinner
grail ... yesHere's one.
Thanks, it surely is. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that it had good walk and talk and zero bladeplay or lockplay. For a knife nearly 100 years old it blew my mind.Absolutely grail-worthy.
Talk about grails, those Remingtons surely are! Super condition and the stag bone is just beautiful. Here’s a great example. Blade is full and etch is still visible. I need to get a good pic of it open. View attachment 1103116
Winner, winner, chicken dinner!!!!!
My favorite Remington RS3333 Big Scout Knife.
Alongside a couple of others.
Here's one.
Oh man wow!!!! What a dream! Same number of pins as mine yet yours has the thumb jimping. I sometimes wonder if the number of scale pins, jimping and whatnot depended on the cutler that made the knife.? That is an absolute beauty. These knives make me want to stop and visit every old timer in my area just to ask if the have one they would sell. I wonder how many of these are hanging out in old drawers and garages..Here’s a great example. Blade is full and etch is still visible. I need to get a good pic of it open. View attachment 1103116
