Proto mini 110, clip point blade , brass frame and bolster, liners. Ebony inlays with 3 brass handle rivets , stainless steel rocker rivet. Square frame, it’s believed that only 3 of these produced and were hand made . Concept was never carried out due to production cost .A great piece of Buck 110 history.

Buck Thin .110.. and .112..
Both are standard with brass and ebony construction thinned to 3/8 frame width 3 brass handle rivet 1 stainless steel rocker rivet.
112 with no nail nick .

picture below is with standard 110 with white inlay for comparison.

Happy Fathers Day gents!
Bought myself a new knife this past week, a Buck 110 Folding Hunter Three-Dot. This one has a slightly narrower blade width (a variation I see often enough in the older knives). It was pretty dull when I got to working on the edge yesterday. Going to hit it once more on the stones and call it done (about 90% there now). OH

Great knife, but, I sure didn't think that would be the color(love it) that she would chose! Because of all the ivory/mammoth you have I would have bet on a white Demon being the one you'd end up with. Congrats!
My wife picked the Furious Fuschia colored one....
And then wouldn't drive it 'cause it intimidated her.
Nice cars tho. That 6 on the floor would be sweet!
I like that color.

This is a repeat of the post I made last time Armond showed that yellow BuckLite.
Model 883 Code 3 Crosslocks c.2005. Came in red and gray smooth anodized aluminum with a sheath.
I assume these were marketed for Paramedics.

And just so you don't leave the Sunday Picture Show without having learned something.... pasted from Wiki
The Star of Life is a blue, six-pointed star, outlined with a white border which features the rod of Asclepius in the center, originally designed and governed by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) (under the United States Department of Transportation, DOT). Traditionally in the United States the logo was used as a stamp of authentication or certification for ambulances, paramedics or other EMS personnel. Internationally, it represents emergency medical services units and personnel.

Wow Preston, that is a really unique handle.
Thanks, Roger, I had seen different knives handled in PCB. I had torn apart an old PC and was going to use the PBCs in that to fashion my own. Then saw this one on Leroy's site.
My old electric knives were a lot bigger, and that cord....
That's cool! Very cool.
You talking about the quacker cord? Thanks!:D

Happy Fathers Day, took the dirt bikes out yesterday for a 105 mile ride. My oldest bought one also and went with me. Great day. Haven't been on dirt bike in 15 to 20 years. Chief Joseph Dam where my dad, grand father and uncle retired from in the background.
