Okay, Haebbie. What's the story on that photo? I think you just won SPS Photo of the Year.
yeah maybe a bit there.jbmonkey I may be stretching my imagination, but your spear point looks quite snake like in the natural habitat
Very comfortable handle on this 498. Nice sheath. Strong tip on the S30V blade.
Well, TAH, I asked the sparrow won’t you sit on the knife for a photo and he did. I took the photo and the bird flew away. That’s it.Okay, Haebbie. What's the story on that photo? I think you just won SPS Photo of the Year.
Wow, 10 years ago. I had the Idea to take this photo since I found a bird knife. Several years later I had the idea how to do it by an accident and it works. I have fun to take care for good photos, this one is a highlight you do one or two times through the whole life. Thank you for your kind comments.TAH Haebbie
TAH, your powers of observation are amazing. That image of the sparrow on a bird knife has been Haebbie's avatar as long as I can remember.
I agree it is the best SPS image of all time. First appearance was in this 2011 Sunday Picture Show.
