there is no customer service for PVK now?

I purchased a lot of goods on the website of PVK., but the customer is unreachable now. A lot of goods have not been sent., does anyone know any other way to contact PVK?
 
PVK often lists hard to find items. People who don't know his reputation are tempted.

Wow. Thanks for the heads up. Like stated above, they often have hard to find items. I was tempted to purchase something about 2 weeks ago. He’s still in business so there is still hope. I will say shipping is a mess right now. I have several packages delayed over the Covid. Best wishes for a positive outcome and keep us posted.
 
I placed 2 orders with them since early April. All orders shipped within a day or two of the purchase. No complaints. Jeremiah answered all of my questions in a reasonable amount of time.

In the middle of a pandemic wondering why there may be a delay. For all we know someone in the shop was sick. Sigh.
 
I’m in the process of doing an exchange with PVK Vegas. Jeremiah sent me a prepaid label last week. I shipped the item back and they received it on Friday. It takes up to 3 days to process exchanges/returns. I asked Jeremiah for an update yesterday. He said they are a day or so behind. I’ll keep everyone posted...
 
All good so far. My new knife was shipped out (expected delivery Monday) and waiting for the credit to hit my credit card.
 
Closed out another great transaction with PVK Vegas. I received my knife and refund on Saturday. All good!
 
I made an order last week (2 May) and was sent a tracking number on 5 May. The tracking stated that the order info had been entered, and 3 hours later the shipment was cancelled by the sender. I'm waiting to hear back from PVK about what's up with that, but so far Jeremiah has been good with communication. Hopefully it's just a clerical mistake and the knife will be on it's way shortly.
 
Is OP talking about PVK Vegas, or Pioneer Valley Knife and Tool? I'd be surprised if PVK Vegas treated you poorly, as they were easy to work with when I contacted them and visited them. I imagine a lot of companies are not responding right now due to the pandemic, though.
 
PVK Vegas. I’m waiting to get something cleared up too. I think something happened to their shipping and tracking automated system...Jeremiah has been helpful so far. Hopefully I see my knife soon, I am waiting on a new tracking number and confirmation now.
 
I placed an order last week for a Koenig. No shipping or communication yet.

Can't say I'm surprised as I read the past topics on this very helpful forum although I expect it to work out eventually.
