Thin kitchen knife

This week I finished this thin kitchen knife made of Sandvik 1095 carbon steel. It was part a challenge and my desire to test this steel. Its only 1mm thick (0.04") The blade is 180mm (7") and 300mm (12") OAL. Handle was made of Jacarandá wood. Hardness tester read 63RC. Hope you gals/guys like it :)

Looks like a very nice slicer. I'll be interested to see how the edge holds up with that hardness over time & use. It should be a good working blade in the kitchen, nice design.
 
The knife is sold already, did a small one for me so I can properly test it over many BBQs :D
