Hi all,
Please be 21 to purchase and know your local knife laws. Price includes shipping (US only, please) and PayPal G&S fees. I reserve the right to sell to whomever I choose, but generally the first “I’ll take it” here followed by a PM gets the knife. Thanks for looking!
Seven great knives up for grabs today! No trades please, need to pare down the collection! All knives come with box/pouch/etc. Feel free to make me offers on multiples!
1. Holt Haptic #288: I love the Haptic, but I'm hoping to carry some of my other knives. This one has been carried and used a little. Edge has been swiped on the Sharpmaker UF stones -- still pretty sharp, but could probably use a fresh, mirror-polished edge. Blade and handles look great, solid lockup, great action. Clip has some wear from carry. Has been disassembled for cleaning. Comes with all the Holt stuff. This is a great user and would be a superb addition to anyone's carry rotation. Asking sold
2. Pena X Series Front Flipper Spearpoint Barlow in black micarta: I have to thin down my Pena X series collection, so along this goes. Has been carried once or twice, used to cut some paper, but otherwise just handled. Factory edge, solid action and lockup. Asking reposted
3. Pena X Series Front Flipper Dogleg Jack in blue micarta: This was a dealer exclusive, and I think the nicest of the run. Has been carried once or twice, used to cut some paper, but otherwise just handled. Factory edge, solid action and lockup. Asking reposted.
4. Pena X Series Front Flipper Apache with UrbanEDC seigaiha milling: Very cool version of the Apache. The release of the Large Apache, however, has broken the little one for me. Has been carried once or twice, I do not believe I have used this, and otherwise just handled. Factory edge, solid action and lockup. Asking sold.
5. Hinderer Tri-Way XM18 3.5 Skinny No-Choil Slicer in working finish M390 and battle blue lock scale: Great knife, I just need to move some things along. It's currently wearing a Hinderer burgundy micarta scale. I'm the original owner, I've carried and used this lightly. Still sporting a very sharp factory edge. Great action, centering, and lockup. Comes with box/peanuts, original orange scale, clip, and installed copper filler tab for the clip. This one has some light scuffs on the blade near the tip (see pictures), and has a snail trail or two on the lock scale. I've also ground down the edge of the flipper tab a touch, which dramatically improves the ergonomics in my opinion. Still flips easily, tab is much smoother on the finger when deploying, and when gripping the knife the edge of the flipper tab doesn't dig into one's pointer finger. The scale did take a slight scuff during this process because, well, I'm not a professional. Asking sold for the whole package.
6. Monterey Bay Knives Slayback in blacked out titanium: MBK recently put up some blacked out versions, and I had to check this one out. Unfortunately, I'm just not much of a double detent fan. This one has only been out for pictures/inspection. Knife looks great, sporting a screaming edge, and has a nice action with no lateral play. I just like my flipper Slayback more. So along this one goes. Asking sold
7. Monterey Bay Knives Mini Old Guard (liner lock): Picked this and the OG up, I like the big one better. Has been carried in pocket around the house once or twice, I do not think I've done any cutting with it. Just handled, essentially LNIB. The pivot was walking, so I did use some blue locktite to prevent that. Solid lockup, smooth washer action. Great little knife. Asking sold.
Thanks for looking, photos to follow!
