Tip up conversion for framelock Military

Can anyone recommend somebody to do a tip up mod for me on a frame lock Military? It would be right hand so just into titanium. Josh at REK is too busy at the moment otherwise I send everything to him. If it matters I'd want standard Spyderco clip holes, not the stock Military clip holes.

Mods - this thread was moved out of the Spyderco forum. I put it there on purpose because I wanted suggestions for work on a Spyderco knife. Does this thread really need to be here? I'd rather get consensus recommendations from Spyderco fans on who to ask than random solicitations from craftsmen who may have never touched a Spyderco knife before.

I see no rule that I couldn't post this in the Spyderco forum.
