Up for sale is my upgraded Traxxas 1/16 E-revo VXL. This is the last of my RC's since getting out of the hobby and I'm hoping someone will get more use out if it than I am. I'll jump right into it with a list of what you're getting:
UPGRADES:
-RPM polymer suspension arms (upper and lower) all the way around
-Integy steel center drive shaft
-Traxxas C.V.D. (constant velocity) steel outdrive shafts
-Hi-Tec HS-82MG steering servo
-Integy alloy battery doors
-Hot Racing aluminum Knuckles/Axle Carriers
-Integy CNC’d aluminum wheels
-Integy asphalt/packed dirt tires
STOCK ACCESSORIES/ EXTRAS:
-Traxxas 2.4 GHZ transmitter
-2 Traxxas NiMh battery packs
-Universal smart charger with Traxxas adapter
-Traxxas series connector for batteries
All the parts have been properly installed and the entire setup has been checked by my LHS. The car does have normal wear and tear but nothing is broken or badly damaged. The only thing this car needs to run is a new ESC. The stock one went bad just from use over time as these units tend to do. If you are already into RC, you may have a spare ESC lying around in which case this would be a steal. Even so, a new ESC can be had for less than a Benjamin and is a very easy install. Once that's in, you'll be good to go! This is very fun and FAST car to drive. With the included batteries and series connector, I was getting 50 MPH passes every time. With a lipo setup, 60+ mph is easily attainable.
The parts alone cost me almost $250 on top of the $320 I paid for just the car. I am asking $325 shipped via USPS priority within the continental U.S. You're essentially getting all of the upgrades, extra battery, and charger for free. I will also consider trades for high-end/midtech folders with plain edge blades or Starlingear jewelry. Feel free to shoot me an offer. If you have any questions or offers please e-mail me as it's the quickest way to reach me. Thanks!
