mint in the tube with paper dated october 2014. its got 154cm steel and stag handle scales. $225 shipped in the states. 5 inches closed length. good strong snap opening and closing with a half stop and an easy open notch. some folks call it a grand daddy or daddy barlow. tuna valley just called it a fish scaler.
