Just in time for Thanksgiving :D

This is my latest. It sports a flawless billet of Bruce Evans's laminated steel. Composed of 1084/95/L6 158 layers if I remember correctly. Lost the tag that was on the billet. :footinmou
It is 19" OAL 13 3/8 " Blade 1 15/16 widest point. The masterpiece of a sheath is by Martin (Sandy) Morrissey.
The handle has sambar stag bolsters, whitetail pommel, white oak wrapped with rawhide core,nickel-silver bands and pins, and pure iron pins in bolsters and pommel. Hope ya'll like it.

That is an awesome freakin' knife!!! Absolutely love the blade shape. The handle is very original and well done. But it's the blade man, the blade...................

that there is finer than five frog hairs. :D

Nice blade, nice handle, nice execution. :)

Wow--right up my alley. Lonnnnng, guardless, and pointy. I like, I like. :D

Wonderful combination of materials for the handle. Very period-looking. Sandy did you up nicely on this, as did Bruce. Congrats on such fine work!

I'll come hang out with you for a while so you can get a break. I dont have enough stuff left to show :D thank goodness.

Got to handle this pup last weekend and it is stunning in every aspect. Nothing about this knife that is "not to love".

Mark, it was great spending time with you and thank you (and Carl) for a great time!

COOL, your more than welcome...i only have 5 pieces myself so bring what you got :D

I'll be there. Two weeks huh. I might be able to scrounge up something just to draw some folks to the table. had fun last time.

Thanks Gus

I recently acquired this fantastic piece and in researching Mark’s work, I came across this original post of the Turkey Slayer. After 20 years it is still in amazing condition and timeless in execution and design by both Mark and Sandy. Truly a stunning and interesting piece!
