Two puukkos - big and small (SOLD)

Hello guys , I would like to offer you two of my birch bark puukkos. One is regular size and the other - with short blade for wood carving. The construction is as usual - stick tang with peened end cap and rhomboid cross section of the blades. The bark gives them very good grip. They fit tightly in their sheaths.

I should mention that on the second one the pattern of the bark layers is messed up as you can see on the pictures. Also the last inch of the handle is with slightly different tone , because I used different sheet of bark.

Puukko #1

Steel – Elmax 60-61 HRC.
OAL - 235 mm (~9.3").
Blade - 123Х23.5Х3.8mm (~4.8x0.9x0.15") rhomboid grind.
Blade finish - p 800.
Handle – Birch bark and brass .
Leather sheath with wooden inlay.
Weight with/without sheath - 123/175 grams.

Blade finish - p 800.
Handle – Birch bark and bronze.
