They would make great paring knives too.
I have had two forged and heat treated small knife blanks hanging on a nail in my shop for years so I thought it's about time to finish them and get them out to someone who will appreciate them. They are both 7 inches long with a 3 1/4 inch blade heat treated to Rc 58-60 with a fine grain structure. Handles are professionally stabilized maple which makes them dishwater safe.
