I would like to date a 2 blade Ulster Barlow.
Clip Point Main
Pen Secondary
Mark side tang stamp on the main is in two lines:
"ULSTER"
"KNIFE USA"
Pile side tang stamp on the main blade is a "10"
No tang stamps on the secondary blade.
The liners, bolsters, blades, back springs and blade pivot pin are carbon steel. All have a nice patina, at any rate. The bolsters have
"Ulster
>>------------>
Barlow"
stamped in script, on both sides.

The scale pins and center pin are brass.
The covers appear to be Delrin, but of lighter colors than those on the Old Timer knives.
I tried to find a tang stamp chart for Ulster knives, but was unable to do so.
Does anyone know when the
ULSTER
KNIVE USA
tang stamp was used?

Reading through some older threads, I think the "10" is the pattern number.

I know pictures would help, but my "smart" phone (or perhaps I) am not smart enough to post pictures.

Thank you in advance. :)

That's not delrin, it's real sawcut bone, likely a bit earlier than the sixties. Nice knife!!
