Hey guys, reading these forums I'm seeing a huge amount of knowledge here.
Anyone have any idea what this knife is or the style of this knife?

Thanks
Jon

My best guess would be a "Sabaki Hocho" Sabaki = Butchery or Meat break-Down.
They're smaller utility knives generally blade length is in the 5.5 to 6" range.
A Petty could be used for similar tasks but the blade profile is sligtly different.
