Hi. Bought myself a pocket knife in Italy in the early 90's. Blade stamp says "Lion Steel" but I have not been able to identify the model.
It is nowhere to be found on Google nor on manufacturers homepage.

It is abt 138 mm long and weighs apx 61 grams.

What kind of wood is the handle made of?

Appreciate all inputs! Tnx.

The blade is stamped "Rostfrei" - could be an old Solingen knife. There were some "Lion" brands.

It is one of the first LionSteel knife made. Its code is 88, it means that it is born in 1988.
In that time Germany was the stronger market, a lot of European producer marked Rostfrey on the blade with the meaning of stainless.

Appreciate yr inputs, tnx a million! Not much info available on the net though. Mainly interested about what kind of wood in the handle. Checking the online wood data base, Amazique seem very similar.

Palisander wood handle.
Brass bolsters
Ma5m stainless steel
Brass pins and inside liners.
Design by Gino Pauletta, founder of LionSteel

If you are going to sell it, please ask to me.
